The main process :
1)Unpacking and crushing section:
The fresh frozen meat mincer is used. The frozen material is unpacked on the unpacking platform and then transported to the mincer for crushing by the conveyor.The crushed particles are in the range of φ 2mm-5mm, and the crushed particles are even. If it is too large or too small, there will be slags or burnt paste, which is not conducive to the separation of oil residues and affects the performance of the oil press;
2) Preheating and conveying section:
After crushing, the raw materials are put into the preheating pot, which is heated by heat conducting oil, stirred and thawed to achieve the solid-liquid mixing state suitable for vacuum transportation, so as to meet the process requirements of pipeline transportation. On the other hand, the preheating pot plays the role of material balance of the whole production line. Free gas into tail gas treatment system;
3)Negative pressure melting section:
After the preheating pot is preheated into the solid-liquid mixed state, the raw materials are vacuum transferred to the melting pot, and the melting cake is heated while the stirring device is turned on to make the materials evenly heated and not stick to the pot. This process adopts horizontal vacuum oil boiling pot, which has large heating area, large water evaporation area and even stirring automatic cleaning device, and can effectively prevent raw meal or burnt phenomenon. Because of the large water content of raw material itself, the melting temperature reaches 85 degrees start vacuum dehydration, the vacuum degree will decrease with the increase of steam evaporation, maintain the vacuum degree in the melting pot during the dehydration process. Under the vacuum state, the animal oil raw material can quickly realize the separation of oil, water and residue.
4)Vacuum dehydration and deodorization section:
Water jet vacuum jet pump is used to create a negative pressure in the melting pot. The vacuum pipeline is equipped with a condenser. The water molecules and odor micromolecule volatiles in the raw materials are quickly separated from the raw oil under the vacuum state, and enter the column condenser with the vacuum flow. Under the cold water circulation, the separated water molecules and odor molecules are forced to condense into distilled water and collected in the separation tank. The tail gas is absorbed by activated carbon to produce oxygen by infrared electrolysis.
5)Oil residue separation section:
This process uses the sieve plate oil residue separation scraper. The oil residue separation and drying time is about 20 minutes. It effectively separates the oil residue skin oil, which is beneficial to the press of the oil press. The automatic cleaning device solves the sieve plate clogging and aging oil deterioration. The separated oil residue is sent to the oil press for pressing.
6)Oil residue pressing section:
As the crude fiber content of animal oil residue is relatively low, the process is completed by the secondary pressing process. The oil content of raw materials is reduced to 30% by the prepress for the secondary pressing, and the final residual oil reaches about 12%, which can be crushed for feed use;
7) Crude oil filtration section:
The crude oil separated from the oil residue separator is pumped into the vertical blade filter by the oil residue pump for filtration. The use of this filter can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers and ensure the stability of production. The oil-slag separation efficiency is high, and the impurity content in the oil is below 0.1%, which improves the oil refining rate and the quality of refined oil in the subsequent process. The separated oil residue is compressed by air and filtered by vibration, then transported to the oil press for pressing by scraper;
